Weightloss Wednesday: Week 3 Results!

(This is how I feel right now! Strong and powerful….but not like ripping my clothes off…clothes will remain on and intact)
 

My quest to look like a Victoria’s Secret Model continues! I am down a total 12.5 glorious inches and 5 lbs! I am so close to my gut NOT sticking out further than my boobs! I was really hoping to keep a 2 lb/week average but hey, I’m still losing weight so its a good thing!

It’s really true that 70% of weight loss is what you eat and 30% is the gym. I have been working out for quite a while and just not losing weight I was actually gaining it very slowly. But now that I have actually started Body By Vi and cut out processed foods, I’m losing! The weight isn’t moving too fast but 12.5 inches in 3 weeks is AWESOME!

New Stats:

Weight: 140 (start: 145)
Bust: 33.5″ (start: 35″)
Waist: 27.5″ (start: 29.5″)
Abs: 34″ (start: 38″)
Hips: 37.5″ (start: 40″)
Thighs: 22″ (start: 24″)
Arms:  11″ (start: 11.5″) look! they finally decided to start shrinking!
