Weight Loss Wednesday! Week 4 Results!

Busy Day Yesterday…so I forgot to post this yesterday..sorry! Or maybe I was a little sad and didn’t really want to post this, since I actually did not lose any weight this week. I have hit a plateau..BOOOO! But I did lose 2 inches, which really is more important than weight loss….but like all women I like to obsess about the number on the scale.

I had a small talk last night with a guy about the Paleo diet aka the Caveman diet, and I think I am going to add this to my Body By Vi Shakes. This won’t be too much different from what I was already doing but I’ll be cutting out Grains and Dairy. Who needs carbs anyway? ( I LOOOVEE Carbs! This will be rough! But I think it will be worth it in the end when I start looking like a VS model…but with really small boobs!) Wish me luck!

 

New Stats:

Weight: 140 (start: 145)
Bust: 33″ (start: 35″)
Waist: 27″ (start: 29.5″)
Abs: 33″ (start: 38″)
Hips: 37.5″ (start: 40″)
Thighs: 22″ (start: 24″)
Arms:  11″ (start: 11.5″)

 Wahoo! Down a total of 5 lbs and 14.5″!
