I HATE trying to lose weight! I LOVE sweets! I have to admit that I have cheated on my diet a LOT, but I have really upped my running and workouts! So…This is all kind of working out!
I still have my 2 Body By Vi Shakes a day and then sometimes a I’m a big fat cheater at dinner…but It’s not too big a deal since my 2 shakes are around 260 cals total.
