Awww….I am trying soooo hard not to eat late after the kids go to bed. I am cutting out lots of meats and other animal products. (I’m not sure that I quite have the will power to go fully vegan, but I’m working on it! I’ve never seen a fat vegan, have you?)
I still have my 2 Body By Vi Shakes a day. They are quick and easy and they frickin’ taste like cupcakes! I have a coffee and almond milk shake in the morning and then a berry and kale shake in the afternoon. Delicious!! It’s all working! I’m so excited!

Weight:140.5 Bust: 34″ Waist: 27.5″ Abs: 34″ Hips: 38″ Thighs: 22.5″ Arms: 12″I’ve lost 13.5 inches and 5.5 lbs! I really wanted to lose 5 lbs per month so I am really excited!
Yes, this is a little embarrassing posting this on here! But knowing that I’ll be posting a bi-weekly update will make me work harder. I really am not going to want to post a “Weightloss Wednesday” where I have to note that I gained 2 lbs. Feel Free to join me!
